Eat Quality Foods

    Most people suffer from nutrient deficiencies in more ways than one. By choosing nutrient dense foods, we can help eliminate those deficiencies and bring our bodies back to life! On this plan, we will be choosing foods essentially off of our Balanced Meal Formula Cheat Sheet. This will ensure we are eating the right types of foods for sustained health and longevity. For a meal to count as balanced and to obtain your points, all ingredients should come from the list below or an easy way to tell if its ok - If it was once alive, eat it, if its grows from the ground, go for it. If it has a shelf life and is a man made, edible,  food-like substance - dump it.

 

*Remember, you are not penalized for eating bad foods. Rather you are rewarding for making good healthy food choices. Just know that most likely, if you eat a crappy food, you will miss out on your Detox point for that day since it probably has sugar or some form of Vegetable oil in it.
