    This Challenge does not contain a magic “Diet” intended for rapid weight loss. Rather, our objective is to help you build HEALTHY eating habits. By doing so, some of you will experience weight loss while others might not. However, IF you focus on improving your eating habits - even if it's just a little bit - over the 28 days of this challenge, you WILL feel better, move better, think better, sleep better and function better moving forward, GUARANTEED.

 

    Take a moment to think of what you want out of this challenge. What are your strengths? Weaknesses? Where do you lack the most discipline? What simple changes can you make to your daily routine to improve your eating habits? What do you need to help you reach your goals? Understand that what you are doing is HARD. Do not expect to change everything overnight. Expect to fail at some things but be willing to learn from your mistakes. Remember, this is a CHALLENGE for a reason. But appreciate that what you are doing is truly helping the one person that matters most in your life - YOU!
