Nutrition Objectives

    During this 4 week challenge we will focus on both quality and quantity of our food intake. Like Coach Glassman’s first sentence of Fitness in 100 words, "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar." To do this in the simplest, most user-friendly way, we will refer to our Balanced Meal Formula Guide.

Scoring

    Scoring is simple. Eat 3-4 Balanced Meals a Day and you get 1 Point for that day. Use your Daily Tracking Sheet to keep track of how you do each day. Don't get discouraged if you can't accomplish this EVERYDAY. Remember, you are not penalized for eating bad foods, rather, you are rewarded for making healthy decisions. So do not give up on a day just because you had that one Oreo! You won't get your Detox point for that day (no sugar!) but you can still eat your 3-4 balanced meals for the day!
