Some Tips For Eating
1. A lack of a plan is a plan to fail! AKA meal prep.
2. Eat slow
3. Eat to 80% full
4. Cut food into small pieces
5. After you eat, wait 20 minutes. Many of us continue eating before
realizing if we are truly still hungry
6. Look at nutritional labels!
7. Shop on the outside of the grocery store, and never ever go there when you're hungry.
