TRAINING
Your Goal is to train INTENSELY for 4-5x per week.
WHAT COUNTS? Any training session that lasts AT LEAST 20 minutes, gets your heart rate up, allows you to burn calories and get a good sweat in will suffice for a qualified training session. This is all relative to your current physical condition. So if your brand new to working out, we don't expect you to jump right into a CrossFit Class. However, if you are an experienced CrossFitter, don't expect to go for a 10 minute run and have that qualify for an "intense" training session. Again, we are ALL different, so we cannot expect that everyones level of training will be the exact same. If you have a question, be sure to reach out. :)
Some simple examples would include group fitness classes like Crossfit, Spin, Boxing, High Intensity Interval Training, and long distance Running/Rowing. General low intensity bodybuilding, short runs will NOT suffice for a qualified training session.
This Challenge is all about holding yourself accountable. Just remember that, and you'll be fine.
